I'm glad that my last entry could bring a smile to so many people's faces. Who knew their were so many Pistons fans?!! I mean my gosh. Everywhere I turned Deeetttrrooit Basssketball. I mean you couldn't escape it. I'm not talking about just last year but this year too.Anyway, I think my beef with the Pistons has officially come to an end. It's not even worth my time anymore. Actually now that I look at it, it was a stupid beef to begin with. How do you hate someone that's equally better than you? I swear sometimes I am sooooo lame.  

It's hotter than ever here. It's currently 91 degrees here & it's suppose to get up to 94 today. Wow, can you say half baked? Where's the rain? I'm not complaining too much though. At least I'm not in Phoenix right now. Their temperature is 101 and counting. Maybe I should be grateful that it's not that hot here. Oh & thank God for fans/air conditioning otherwise we'd all be in trouble.

So how is everyone? Hopefully where ever you are you're keeping busy, cool & dry. So far this summer has yet to disappoint me, well not yet anyway. After all, it still is early. Today's my little brother's birthday. He's turning 20 today. Ah, how kids grow up so fast. Let me stop sounding like I'm so much older than he is when I'm really not.  Anyway, he just left the house. He thinks that I'm not going to give him any money but I am. I'm waiting on my aunt to put her share in and then I'll put mine in. I'm a great sister, I know.  I refuse to give him a video game/system because he's going to beat the game and then sell it for less than what I paid for. Like, waaayyy less, around $10 or so. I mean that's not even a profit!! Come on!Hopefully he'll like the amount I give him.

Serena was ousted on Saturday by Jill Craybas. I haven't even HEARD of Jill until now. Anyway, Serena played sloppy and she really didn't know what she was doing. You thought she was an amateur by her performance. Even her post news conference was unassuring. She cried off and on and she said that she was "better off staying at home." Well, at least we agree on something. No, but seriously with a little work and getting in better shape Rena will be back on top of the tennis ranks where she belongs.

I'm sorry but how in the world did he get his own show?!!! Goodness! It's the WORST thing I've EVER seen in my whole life. I would rather watch a Wildboyz marathon & that's saying a lot considering that I can't stand that show either. Yeah, it's really that bad. The people on his myspace account aren't helping matters. They are calling his show "awesome" and "one of the funniest shows ever." Lies, all lies. Okay, the Lil Jon skit was funny but the "How Water is made" and his "racing" with elderly people wasn't funny--at all. I can't wait until next week when the show is cancelled!

Jessica & Nick are hitting the studio again. They are both planning on doing albums on their own terms & with total control. They both said that their last albums (In this Skin & Soul-O) didn't do well because they didn't get a chance to express themselves. Watch out what you say about Destiny's Child. Even though Destiny's Child is no mas don't call it a breakup. "We don't like the term breakup. We'd like to say that it's a end of a chapter in our lives." Also don't fuel the rumors that DC ended because of solo work, low album sales & fighting amongst the group Beyonce says that "it had to end at some point." Don't count out a reunion with Kelly & Michelle. As B told MTV last week, "We're still very young and it's not smart to say never." So in other words, look out for DC to reunite sometime later this year.

Why in the world does William Hung have a cd coming out???  I thought his 15 mins of fame were up. If you want to hear some really, REALLY bad music just be on the look out for "Miracles" due in stores on July 12th.

Faith Hill is back with her new cd entitled "Fireflies" hitting stores on August 2nd. Her first single "Mississippi Girl" is out right now. Be sure to check it out on aol.com if you haven't heard it yet.

Hilary will be back with her third album "Most Wanted" hitting stores on August 16th. I haven't heard anything about a new single but whenever it appears I'll be sure to let you know.

Movie News

X-Men 3 teaser poster. Well, it's not saying a whole lot about the movie but it DOES come out May 2006. Of course, Alan Cumming is out as Wolverine & Brett Ratner is in as director so don't count this movie out yet. Good things come to those who wait. Remember that.

Speaking of Brett Ratner, he is doing big things. He's directing both sequels to Rush Hour 3 & X Men 3. Plus, he's directing a new show with Wentworth Miller(you know, that guy who's in BOTH recent Mariah Carey videos.)The name of that show is called "Prison Break" and it airs on FOX  August 29th @ 9p.
